We ship to U.S., Canada, Australia and Europe. We will also consider shipping to other countries worldwide but please contact us first for the shipping costs before placing your order. All payments must be made in currencies accepted by PayPal.
All books will be shipped via Royal AirMail. Books will be shipped via Royal Mail for the UK and Royal AirMail for the rest of the world. Delivery confirmation will be provided for free. We ship everyday 7 days a week. If your order(s) arrived in the morning, item(s) will normally be shipped the same day. Orders received after noon will be shipped the next working day.
For other articles like art or jewellery, we used signed- up/franked special delivery for your peace of mind.
You have a total guarantee of reimbursement within 30 days of shipping the item; therefore, if you are not satisfied, you just need to return the item to our store, and you will receive a refund without further questions.

Your satisfaction is our success! We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. We ship most of our products from the UK, therefore, please allow between 3 and 9 days for the item(s) to arrive.Some products are shipped directly from our wholesale partners and constitute a slightly longer shipping time. Please allow 3 - 10 business days for sufficient transit time if you are in the US or Canada. All products carry a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee beginning from the day product is shipped from our store, unless otherwise noted. The 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee will be honoured on all products that remain unopened, unused and in exactly the same condition as when you received it. The cost of returning non-defective products is the responsibility of the customer.
Please follow these steps to return your merchandise:
1. E-mail our Customer Service Center and state that you wish to return your item(s). Include your original Order Number from your original invoice.
2. Include all original packaging with the merchandise, along with original invoice, original bar tag, any accompanying materials and a short note explaining the reason for your return. Clearly mark your RAN on the outside of the shipping box on the front side. For security reasons, do not write "Electronics" anywhere on the outside of the box, write "FRAGILE" instead.
3. Send your merchandise to us via US Postal Service Registered Insured Mail or Signed-up Special Delivery when the item is valuable such as art, jewellery or expensive electronic devices. Insure the package for the full value of your purchase. Retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned merchandise.
5. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges), less our initial shipping and insurance costs, will be issued within 7 business days. All refunds for orders paid by credit card will be refunded to original credit card account. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. All other refunds will be refunded by company check in the UK or via Paypal.
Cancel or Refusal Policy
Cancellations will be honoured if requested prior to receiving the Shipment Confirmation email. Cancellations requested after receipt of the Shipment Confirmation email will NOT be honoured and can be returned by following the guidelines specified in the Return Policy. All honoured cancellation requests are subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
If you refuse delivery of your order, the returned package will be processed as a normal return and you will be assessed the appropriate restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges and fees. Orders that are refused or are returned by the courier due to their inability to deliver the package (invalid address, receiver unavailable, etc.) may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments or merchandise that has been worn or used many times, being previously their sale specification or condition as brand new.
